All Buttahs are made fresh and immediately frozen to maintain freshness. Each order is shipped in insulated bags with ice packs and only shipped out between Monday-Wednesday through USPS so they're at your doorstep in a timely fashion!

*Please note, Buttahs may slightly thaw in transit. That Buttah may arrive to you at room temperature which is completely fine.

We allow 3-5 business days from time of purchase to process your order. *Please note that Buttahs are only shipped out Monday-Wednesday.

No, we are not currently offering refunds. If there is any issue with your

order, replacements are handled on a case-by-case scenario. Send us an email or message letting us know the issue and we will work to get it resolved!
